HIMALAYAN ORCHIDS
 Alpine landscape in Northern sikkim-also the home of many terrestrial alpine orchids.  The temperate zone near Darjeeling-Sikkim Border.  Pleione hookerana (Lindl) T.moore inhabits moss covered boulders in the temperate zone.  Paphiopedilum venustum grows on shady banks in Bamboo jungles. |
