RAPID MANUFACTURE SUPPLIES

RAPID TOOLING

RAPID PROTOTYPING MATERIALS SUPPLY

We undertake rapid manufacture of designed components frm SLA , SLS or FDM protos and provide a quick turnaround tooling in epoxy filled systems and also using some latest technolgies. we have facilities to slush mould, roto mold, injection mold components that are in plastics in actual materails from few 100's to few 1000 numbers.

Incase of metal components using lwo temperature alloys we can custom produce components that are spin cast frm themaster RTV molds and supply them in fast gestation periods.

We also have a facility to provide quick turnaround patterns for sand casting, gravity casting and pressure die cast components.

More details are available in suitable link pages.

We supply a whole host of modelling and tooling materials for Rapid prototyping industry and would welcome custom queries for the same.

Some of them include-

(1) Model making clays, Machinable clays, sculpting clays and a variety of molding clays

(2) Machinable and casting waxes, jewellery carving waxes ,CNC machinable waxes in all grades, shapes and sizes.

(3) Machinable synthetic prototyping boards made out of Polyurethanes and Epoxies with a variety of material properties to suit the application are available.

(4) We are now offering filaments for FDM machineries as well as for Rapid prototyping extrusion heads. These are available in 3mm sizes on a continuous lengths. Material choices are ABS,PP, PVC, Polyacetal,CAB and others.

  • Our Materials takes extra care to make sure the filament you receive is completely dry. This includes shipping the materials in a vacuum-sealed bag.
  • Do not open sealed bag until you are ready to load materials into the machine.
  • Filament must be kept absolutely dry.
  • Do not leave spool in an open environment. Filament can absorb enough moisture to be unusable in less than one hour.
  • Inspect the sealed bag. Make sure it is tightly sealed with no shipping damage or punctures. Email our Materials support  for a replacement spool if there is any damage to the sealed bag.
  • Load the material into the machine.
  • Feed the materials into the FDM head.
  • Place the desiccant bags in the dry box with the material spools.
  • Close the latch shut the dry box door. · Adjust the filament seals. (See Mounting a Spool of Material in your machine manual)
Spools still holding material must be placed in a sealed airtight container such as a Ziplock bag along with desiccant as soon as they are removed from the machine. This is to prevent moisture absorption.
