ranges from 30cm to +60cm.

stem. The higher the grade the more blooms per stem.
On average the number of blooms per stem range from 6
to over 10 blooms.
Life expectancy: We believe the flowers should have a life expectancy
of more than 3 weeks. To achieve optimum life span,
the following is recommended;
* remove the water tubes as soon you receive the
flowers,
* re-cut the stem and put it into fresh water.
* change the water every two days. Recutting the
stem ensures the pores under the stem are clean
and allows the water to be absorbed more freely.
Uses: There are a multitude of uses for cymbidium.
Cymbidiums can be used for; hotel arrangements, bedside arrangements,
household uses, corsages, etc. cymbidiums are know for their sturdi-
ness and strength. Further more the strength of a cymbidium are grown
in cold conditions with a minimum of heat. When a cymbidium are grown
a household, the temperatures in the home may vary from minus 1 degree
centigrade at night to +15 degrees during the day with the heaters on.
Therefore it is plain to see that a cymbidium has the tolerance to
withstand extreme temperatures. The robustness of the blooms make the
cymbidium an ideal corsage. Our Cymbidiums are available in a
multitude of colours and varieties. Ranging from bright whites to
dark colours.

Uses:
The Phalaenopsis orchid, or also known as the moth orchid, is far more
delicate than its counter part the cymbidium. Phalaenopsis orchids are
suitable in hotel arrangements, hanging arrangements, households,
boutique stores, weddings, funerals, birthdays, etc. The purity and
brightness of the phalaenopsis make it especially appealing for wed-
dings and corsages.
Our phalaenopsis are grown in special
greenhouses, and hence the flower has a low tolerance to cold condi-
tions. There is no question that the phalaenopsis is an extremely
beautiful orchid as compared to other orchid varieties, however as
most beautiful things, the Phalaenopsis requirem moderate amounts of
attention. In our farms it is the only flower that is hand picked,
hand watered, and individually packed with the greatest care. Cur-
rently there are two varieties of Phalaenopsis, the standard and the
miniature. The predominant colour of available Phalaenopsis is white.
