Made out of a poly material that is resins with suitable fillers the murals and sculptures are created with finest craftsmanship and artistry representing our ancient scriptures and storyboard.
The originals are crafetd in clay and then transferred to plaster cast.. They are reproduced in reverse in RTV silicone mould.. From the silicone mould using a wetlayup process we apply the resin and reinforcement backups. They are washable , paintable and available in monotones, stone finishes, wood finishes and metallic finishes.
Custom orders based on artwork are also executed according to client dimensions and designs. We can also suggest murals based on temple architecture and designs for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications and these are permanent life long art pieces. Even architectural corner pieces and decorative elements like pillars, cladding and fascias are available in standard sizes.
Here we present you our special techniques of making ready a mural from creation in clay through various stages of final cast into metal or resin cast and finished to final results. Our design stage begins with creating the illustrations in 3d using a plethora of 3d software and printing them in 3d .Many times we tool the models in industrial clay. Then we cast a mold rubber onto them and convert the clay master into resin cast. Sometimes we iterte the process to reach teh final master piece which is then converted into an RTV mold for wax cast or lost wax or for resin cast.
