ORCHIDS ASIA provides a range of moulded trays and pots and potting systems for Dendrobiums, Phalenopsis, cattleyas, Oncidiums and other standard potted orchids. we also provide the systems for potting Vandas small and big and also thumbpots for babies.

Moulded from fine qulaity PP and also in resin cast systems these bench tops serves to grow orchids of variety of sizes.
Using a standard GI steel pipe for support the benches can be assembled easily and can be constructed at whatever height required for each type of growing needs from 2inch net pots to vanda growing systems or to the needs of 4 -6 inch growing pots for dendrobiums, phalenopsis or other hybrid growing systems.

Constructed with a designer idea in mind the benching trays can be assembled with ease in quick format using standard GI b class pipes and concrete or wooden support to create standard width benches and with provision to secure irrigation systems fixed to them.

MOULDED CONCEPTS- MODULAR

Our standard design has lugs at teh bottom to take care of the pipes to be lcoked with a secure snap fit assembly and can take the load of mutliple cell trays, plastic pots and media and can be staked very easily. Due to its nature the product is UV stabilised and can be very clean over a period of production in the orchid farms.
